Handcrafted in Puglia, Italy, this striking terracotta bowl embodies the joyful, sun-drenched spirit of Southern Italian ceramics. Finished in a vibrant chartreuse glaze with layered olive and moss green “schizzato” splatter decoration, the piece recalls the expressive, artisanal pottery celebrated by Cabana and the richly collected aesthetic of Mediterranean country houses.
The generously rolled rim and hand-thrown terracotta body give the bowl a rustic sophistication equally at home in a relaxed Italian villa kitchen, a Palm Beach loggia, or an English country-style pantry. The painterly speckled glaze creates remarkable movement and texture, making the piece sculptural even when displayed empty.
Ideal as a centerpiece bowl, wine coaster, fruit vessel, cachepot, or decorative serving piece. Beautiful layered with rustic linens, majolica, and antique wood.
