It was made in Thailand (sticker on the bottom) and sold by a beach shop vendor along a boardwalk set up/ market. It was meant to resemble a shellfish/coral/sand dollar and match with a nautical theme. But you can become inspired and have this be the focal point of a dinner table, be a catch all in the kitchen or hold remotes in the living room. You can get creative!
This is a rare design and I’ve never seen another like it; even when looking up the details online! Which makes it that much more special.
It’s about 13inches across at the widest and about 7 inches tall. Lightweight but sturdy, this resin mold bowl is sure to accent any table or counter it’s placed on! It has a rough texture and isn’t glaze/sealed so it’s not suitable for liquid or for serving foods, but can hold anything from your keys to a gathering of shells you found on a trip somewhere once pretty, pretty, pretty!
