Set of 4 spices jars Martres Tolosane.
Located in France in the town of Martres-Tolosane, in the Haute-Garonne department and the Midi-Pyrénées region, the Martres-Tolosane pottery workshops were established along the banks of the Garonne River, at the beginning of 18th century.
The motif of wading birds, herons or ibises, is characteristic of the style of Martres-Tolosane earthenware.
The taller jar is 7 inch, the smallest is 4,3 inch.
Very good condition with a few cooking marks (last pictures). This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
