The village of Rambervillers in the Vosges Mountains has been renowned since the 19th century for its production of stoneware with a flamed glaze. The use of metallic oxides in the second firing creates a brilliant, iridescent finish, each piece unique. The production of tableware and everyday items is highly regarded. This antique planter boasts beautiful glazing, giving it beige to violet hues. All it needs is a pretty plant. It's simply enchanting!
The planter is signed "Grés de Rambervillers" (Rambervillers stoneware) and is in perfect condition.
Measures: 17-23 cm long, 8-14 cm wide, and 10 cm high. This piece has an attribution mark,
