This pair of rare antique large folio 18th century copperplate engravings depict images from ancient Rome. These are images from friezes depicting cherubs, people, animals and mythological creatures such as centaurs. They were printed on handmade "laid" paper in Paris. Printed on one side only. Great for a classical, art deco or eclectic 'look". Dimensions: 22" x 16.25; 17.25" x 16.25".
