Vintage Moroccan Fez Pottery Jobbana Jar with Silver Filigree, circa 1980s
A beautiful handcrafted Moroccan Fez (Fès) pottery jobbana jar, featuring hand-painted cobalt blue geometric and floral motifs in the traditional Bleu de Fès palette. Adorned with intricate nickel silver (maillechort) filigree overlay and a decorative finial lid, this elegant Moorish covered vessel reflects the rich craftsmanship of Moroccan and Andalusian design.
Traditionally used for storage, today it makes a striking decorative urn, tabletop accent, or collectible Islamic art piece. Signed “Fes” on underside.
