Beautiful vintage stool / ottoman by Victor Wilkins for the Astro range by G-Plan, made in the U.K. circa 1960's. It features an awesome sculptural afromosia (African teak) frame with plush mauve upholstered top. From different angles, the color can look ligher or darker, a little more pink, lilac, or lavender. The fabric color is much more consistent in person than shows in the photos. Use it as an entry stool, additional seating in a crunch, or as an ottoman. It is very comfortable.
