British photographer Norman Parkinson is most known for for moving fashion photography from an indoor studio setting to the outdoors and when he did it revolutionized fashion photography. He started in the 1930s as a photographer apprentice for a studio that was a Royal Photographer but soon opened his own studio and forged a career that lasted until 1990. This book documents his amazing life behind a camera and his contributions to the craft. Black and white images as well as full-color.
