Executed in richly patinated pewter, this sculptural desk accessory exemplifies the restrained sophistication of early scandinavian art deco design. The piece features a rectangular tray with subtly upturned edges and finely detailed borders, raised on four stylized feet. Two cylindrical lidded inkwells sit symmetrically at the rear, while a linear pen rest spans the front, reinforcing the balanced geometric composition. The original glass ink inserts are present and proportionally delicate, designed to sit neatly within the wells.
