This impressive dining table is superbly spacious .
The table extends to take up to 4 extra leaves - these extra leaves were sold in addition to the table by Karl Andersson but the base table remained the same no matter the number of leaves required. this example comes with 4 extra leaves,

Each leaf extends the already generous table by 60cm, allowing for up to 10 people to comfortably sit and dine around the table. When fully extended, the central legs can be quickly and easily unfolded and secured in place, offering the table further stability.

The slim, cylindrical legs nicely contrast the strong form of the large, oval table top - offering the dining table a light yet strong appearance. The legs are accented by the pill shaped brass hardware that secures the legs to the table top, a feature that was seen across a variety of dining tables designed by Mogensen for Karl Andersson, which offers an extra touch of luxury to the design.
