The glass body is extraordinary.
Diamond cut panels, hobnail beading, fan motifs, and starburst base patterns — all pressed with the confident hand of a Victorian glassworker who knew exactly what they were doing. In candlelight or natural light this body scatters and multiplies every photon that touches it. Notably, this piece displays magnificently without candles — the glass body alone is a sculptural statement worthy of any shelf, mantle, or dining table.
The mixed prisms are the personality.
Not all matching — different cuts, different shapes, different sizes — all fully removable, all catching light in their own individual way. This is not a flaw. This is the accumulated life of a piece that was loved, used, and added to over time. It is exactly right for what this piece is.
The aged brass hardware connecting the arms to the glass body has developed a beautiful dark patina with some rust — honest and appropriate age wear that only adds to the cottage charm.

CONDITION:
This piece is in vintage/antique condition with honest age and wear throughout. The pressed glass body shows no chips or cracks. The brass hardware has aged naturally with some rust present — consistent with age and adds to the shabby chic character. One candle cup assembly spins freely due to a stripped screw thread — this is fully disclosed and shown in the photos. The crystal prisms are mixed — not all matching in cut or size — all are removable and intact. This piece displays beautifully without candles.
