Each one is … Read more Kuba Shoowa pillows…crafted from a handwoven palm wood raffia from the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire). Each one is unique; custom made in 2006 with raw silk backs.

There are four pillows shown on a sofa, but only two are available. They are the second pillow from the left and second pillow from the right: Sizes are as follows as displayed on sofa:

Left: 17.5"W x 8"D x 17.5"H
Right: 19"W x 8"D x 20"H

These are incredibly textural and graphic. The textile is a traditional one and was purchased as raw fabric by one of our family members on safari. We had these custom made with raw silk backs and fit with down and feather pillow inserts/pillow forms. They work on sofas, beds, chairs, etc. See less
