He worked in a workshop in central Århus, where he produced his own designs in small quantities. Although not formally a designer, he developed several models during this period in which he combined beech, teak, and upholstery in uncommon configurations. Only one model, the Model 33, reached commercial production and international export, leading to the establishment of a larger production facility in Løgten near Århus. Model 33 is the only design generally recognized in documented sources.The chair referenced here was shown at the Danish Furniture Fair in Fredericia in 1952. No further documentation of its exhibition, publication, or production is known. The chair uses both teak and beech, and its construction creates the appearance of a seat separated from the frame. It remains an undocumented model outside of the 1952 presentation.

Condition
This chair has been reupholstered in a light beige fabric 'Flair' by Dedar. The frame had some minimal restoration with respect for it's age. One armrest had a small repair and the frame overall is showing subtle traces of wear.We have consciously chosen to photograph all of our items in their current state to present the real original condition as completely as possible for transparency towards our clients.
