A 1950s Danish chest of drawers designed by Børge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik, one of the most significant collaborations in postwar Scandinavian design. The piece is made of teak veneer, with a frame raised on a solid oak base. The juxtaposition of the two woods is particularly evident in the legs, which feature darker tips, a recurring detail in some pieces of the period. The front is organized into six drawers, each featuring integrated handles carved into the wood.
