Nippon Morimura Hand Painted White Orchids Pale Blue & Gold Pitcher C.1911-1921
Stunning antique Japanese porcelain vase. Decorated with hand-painted white orchids with gold highlights over a beige and pale blue background with green and pale blue checkered band in between and around the neck with gold beading.
Gold gilding to the handle and along the edge.
Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921.
