This elegant, large hand painted gold oval frame with a 1 inch beveled mirror is a classic example of a French style mirror. It has a lovely antique gold color and reddish orange bole (underpainting) coming through. This mirror is a copy of a nineteenth century Louis XVI gilt wood oval mirror - classically elegant.
Outside frame dimensions: 42.5 x 30.5 inches
Mirror glass measures: 24 x 36 inches and is surrounded by a stunning 4 inch wide moulding.
