Traveling Man Treasures is selling this early 20th century Nepalese Bronze Tara in Rajalilasana. This beautifully patinated bronze originates from Nepal and is in outstanding condition as shown in the photos.
As a female Buddha, Tara is revered as a savior who protects beings from suffering. Tara sits in Rajalilasana pose, holding a lotus in her left hand as an elephant goad rests upon her right shoulder. The base remains fully intact and is stamped with a beautiful mandala.
