This impressive vintage garden sculpture depicts a noble ram standing atop a rectangular plinth. Crafted from heavy cast stone, the piece features an exquisite level of stylized detail, most notably the deep, swirling "scroll" motifs representing the fleece and the gracefully recurved, ribbed horns.
The statue possesses a beautiful aged patina, with natural lichen and oxidation that highlight the texture of the stone and provide a timeless, "found" quality. Its upright, alert posture and the intricate foliate carvings along the base support lend it a regal presence, making it a perfect focal point for a formal garden, a grand entryway, or a sophisticated interior sunroom.
