This table was made in solid pine with very nice dovetail wood connections. Ate van Apeldoorn founded Houtwerk van Hattem and is known for his minimalist style and for using only locally produced wood. Therefor his designs are made from Dutch pine trees. He wanted to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
