Made in Massachusetts by Towle Silversmiths, a company founded in the mid 1800s.

'Weighted silver' refers to a construction technique rather than the quality of the silver. The sterling silver used in a weighted piece is the same as in any other. Weighted means there is a solid core being used to reinforce the piece.
