Vienna Secession bentwood plant stand, model 9582, attributed to Otto Wagner and produced by Thonet, Vienna, circa 1905. The model is documented in early Thonet catalogues (c. 1904–1907) and associated with the Otto Wagner circle.
Structurally stable. Later refinished surface with visible brush marks and minor irregularities consistent with age and use. The original metal liner and internal wooden base are no longer present; the interior shows the underlying structure. The piece is unmarked, which is consistent with early Thonet production. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
