The Predators II is a woodcut print realized by Duilio Cambellotti in 1935. The artwork has an incisive graphic rendering, typical of woodcut practice, characterized by sharp lines and strong contrasts, which reveal the artist's ability to use black and white to express themes of tension and ferocity in the subject of predators. Not signed. Good Conditions. Duilio Cambellotti (1876-1960) was born in Rome. He briefly studied accounting but then switched to design school, where he spent the years 1895 to 1898. His work is usually classified at Art Nouveau, and he was a great admirer of William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
