The panels feature deeply raised Chinoiserie-style vases in a striking, vivid cinnabar orange, overflowing with beautifully sculpted blue blossoms that cascade across bronze-tone branches. The contrast between the rich orange and the luminous blues gives the pair an exceptional presence—far more vibrant than most surviving examples from this era.
Each plaque measures approximately 21" x 7½" and is about ¾" thick. The relief detail is crisp and clean, and the surfaces are in unusually beautiful condition for 1958. There may be a tiny glue mark or faint surface variation at the top edge of one panel and the lightest bit of wear on a single flower, but the pair presents spectacularly overall—far better than typically found. No major chips, cracks, or losses.
