This engraving has been attached at the corners to an 11" x 14" acid-free mat using acid-free, residue-free tape. It also has an 11" x 14" acid free backer board and is ready for framing.

The print is on an off-white, toned sheet with visible age-related foxing and light staining throughout the margins. There are pencil notations in the upper-left and lower-right corners. Similar to other plates in this collection, the bottom corners are diagonally trimmed, and the edges show minor wear consistent with long-term storage in a portfolio or volume. The hand-coloring remains delicate and well-preserved within the central figure. See less
