If you’ve been searching for that sofa—the one that makes your entire space feel elevated, effortless, and just a little bit editorial—this is it.
This vintage 1988 leather sofa by Hickory Tavern Furniture Co. is the perfect blend of soft sculptural form + dreamy muted color, giving major postmodern energy while still feeling cozy and livable.
The silhouette is everything:
Gently curved arms, a low relaxed profile, and plush, sink-in cushions that feel as good as they look. Upholstered in a rare powder blue genuine leather, it adds just the right amount of color without overwhelming your space.
It’s the kind of piece you build a room around—equally at home in a minimalist neutral interior, a vintage-inspired space, or a layered, collected aesthetic.
⸻
Why you’ll love it:
• Rare soft blue leather (WAY more interesting than basic neutrals)
• Sculptural, curved shape = instant designer look
• Deep, comfortable seating (not just for show)
• Solid American craftsmanship (built to last)
• Works with modern, vintage, and eclectic interiors
