Working Decoys were Made … Read more This really is a Great Looking Matched Pair of Authentic American Primitive Duck Hunters Working Decoys. Working Decoys were Made to Function when Duck Hunting as Opposed to Being Made for Decoration. Circa Approx 1920s. They are Completely Hand Carved Out of Solid Pine Wood and They still retain their Original Hand Painted Features. Note Also that They Have Realistic Inserted Art Glass Eyes. They are in Very Good Condition with a Wonderful Authentic Aged Rustic Look and the Display Very Nicely as a Pair. I Acquired These on one of My Recent Picking Trips in the Lancaster Pennsylvania Region.
