Dimensions: 47 1/4” L x 13 3/4” D x 67” H
Origin: Denmark or Sweden
Designer: Unknown
Manufacturer: Unknown, Similar to late 1950s IKEA
Year: ca 1950s
Materials: Teak
Details: Professionally restored! This piece has a secretary desk and is finished on all sides. The art of furnituremaking in Denmark arose postwar, out of small town cabinetmaker’s shops. This means that a lot of pieces do not have a known designer affiliated with them, and were made in a shop employing only a few people — high quality pieces with no famous name are actually fairly common!
