This vintage low upholstered stool features an oval shaped top with weaving of stepped diamond motifs in a color palette of deep reds, rust black, gold and cream. The padded top is trimmed with mahogany stained wood with a ridged decorative finish. The upholstered seat offers beautiful detail being attached to the wood base with decorative taupe/cream colored gimp, held in place by pewter finish upholstery tacks. The four feet consists of curved metal with a patinated gold finish. The four feet detach easily to store the stool, if needed. The low stool is an elevated statement accent piece and would be perfectly styled within a Spanish Revival, Southwest, for an Old World feel.
