Made by George Oliver Conrad (1823-1907), primarily operating in Harrisonburg, VA. Bear and Conrad partnership 1846-47 and 1848-51; Conrad, Gordon and Bear 1856-57; Conrad and Martz 1857-58. "G.O. Conrad" mark and 3 stamps: an arrow, W, and shield.
