piece is made of beechwood, showcasing a beautifully, hand-carved, turned wood design, with a warm, golden-oak color, from the early 20th century (see photos.)

the rack has 7, turned wood pegs (5 horizontal, measuring at 8.5 cm, and 2 vertical, measuring at 12 cm). Each peg has its own, mushroom cap-shaped form (see photos.) there are 2 hooks at the back, making it easily to mount upon a wall (see photos.)

the folding mechanism is fully functional and enables the piece to stretch from a minimum width of 14 cm when folded, to a maximum width of 90 cm, when fully extended (see photos).

piece is in very good, original and vintage condition, with some light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a nice patina of time on the overall structure and pegs (see photos.) a couple of old marks of woodworm ( see photos) as it should be expected, but the piece has been treated, as well as, oiled , waxed and polished, with respect to its original patina of time.
