The base depicts a coiled … Read more An important and rare vase in hand-hammered copper and wrought iron, attributable to Alessandro Mazzuccotelli. The base depicts a coiled serpent, with a beautiful movement of leaves rising up to the neck of the vase, which is finely worked in hammered copper.
The style and geographical origin strongly suggest the artist Mazzuccotelli, and it can be dated to the early 1900s.
It is a vintage piece, therefore it might show slight traces of use, but it can be considered as in perfect original condition and ready to become a piece in a home.
