This is a salvaged advertisement for Jean Eugene, "Half Man, Half Woman," from the Wagner Brothers Big Side Show, from between 1922-1941, matted and framed professionally in a bold red frame.
The billing measures 17.5" x 12.5" and shows the significant wear and age of having authentic role in American carnival history. Would certainly make a conversation piece in a gallery wall. Nothing like it today, that is for sure!
