The set includes 2 arm … Read more This is a beautiful set of 8 French provincial style dining chairs by Lane Furniture. The set includes 2 arm chairs and 6 side chairs. The dining chairs are made of solid walnut with lovely floral paint decorations on the top rails, aprons, and knees. The chairs feature open urn-shaped backsplats, padded seats upholstered in rose pink velvet, and curved cabriole style legs ending in stylized paw feet. The chairs are signed Lane under the seats.

The mid-20th century era chairs are in very good vintage condition. All chairs are rock solid with no loose joints. The wood frames are factory distressed but there are scattered scratches and wear on the wood finish. The velvet upholstery is in decently clean shape but with some stains, so you will likely want to reupholster the chairs. Please see photos for more details about the condition of the chairs.
