A refined pair of vintage Louis XVI style dining chairs featuring a beautifully aged painted frame and elegant, tapered fluted legs. The silhouette is classic and timeless, with gently arched backs and a balanced, graceful proportion that works effortlessly in both traditional and transitional interiors.
The upholstery is a subtle standout—an intricate jacquard in a soft sage/stone tone with delicate blush and ivory accents. The fabric has a quiet elegance that reads neutral from afar but reveals beautiful detail up close, making these chairs incredibly versatile.
The frames showcase a lightly distressed painted finish, adding character and warmth without overwhelming the design. Whether used as dining chairs, side chairs, or accent seating in a bedroom or living space, this pair brings a polished, collected look.
A sophisticated option for those who appreciate understated European-inspired design.

The frames show intentional and natural wear consistent with age, including minor paint loss and light surface distressing that enhances the antique character. Upholstery is in great condition overall with no major stains or damage—any variations in tone are consistent with the fabric’s woven pattern. Structurally sound and ready for use. Our inventory predominantly features rare and distinctive vintage furniture, with each piece carrying its own character, patina, and imperfections that reflect its age and history. These signs of previous use are part of what make vintage furniture unique. Photos are provided as a visual guide and are intended to show the overall condition and character of each piece as accurately as possible. While we carefully curate our inventory and strive to offer high-quality vintage furnishings, please keep in mind that these pieces have lived a previous life and may show age-appropriate wear. Owning vintage furniture is about appreciating the craftsmanship, history, and individuality that simply cannot be replicated in something new. A single image has been digitally staged to showcase potential placement and styling.
