This is a really delightful revolving book or magazine stand in brass with oak wood platform. It is likely of English origin, dating to the early 20th century. However the piece is unmarked. An identical piece did recently sell in the UK at a well-respected antique dealer who stated it was Edwardian.
The piece measures about 14"w x13"d x 29"h.
The piece is in very good vintage condition. The brass has consistent patina throughout, but looks good that way; however it could be polished if you prefer. The table rotates freely as it should. One of the flat brass nuts fixing one of the bars to the wooden table is missing, but it does not affect the piece as the side bars are held down in multiple places.
A very cool and practical piece.
