The Inspiration: As the name suggests, the design is a visual transcription of Classical Music. The broken, rhythmic lines of the shelves follow the flow of a musical score, creating a dynamic energy that moves across the wall. The ultimate goal is to erase the boundary between furniture and architecture: when painted the same color as the wall, the bookshelf appears to emerge from the void, creating a three-dimensional topographical landscape.

The 'Sartorial' Structure: Much like a bespoke suit, the perfection of 'Classic' lies in its hidden interior. Each of the four modules is built with solid walnut back panels. This choice ensures exceptional structural integrity, preventing any flexing or warping, while providing the 'soul' of the piece. The shelves are crafted in high-density MDF, designed to be seamlessly integrated into the room's surfaces.

Artisanal Process: Handcrafted in Italy, the installation of 'Classic' is a collaborative artisanal act. Once mounted, the joints are meticulously plastered and then finished by a professional decorator. This allows for a 'Total Look' (monochrome with the wall) or a 'Contrast Look' where the shelves become bold, colorful brushstrokes against a neutral background.
