This Really is an Absolutely Beautiful Antique American Sterling Silver Letter Opener. It Come from the Classic Late Victorian Era - Circa Approx 1890s. It is Signed Tiffany & Company & Marked Sterling. It is Completely Hand Made - Hand Chased - Decorated in a Fancy Wonderfully Detailed Bold Repousse Assorted Flowers Design. One Side of the Blade has a Very Fancy Hand Engraved 3 Letter Monogram - Surely Those of its Original Owner. It has a Substantial Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 110.15 Grams / 3.541 Troy Ounces. It is in Excellent All Original Condition - Only Minimal Age and Use Wear - Displays Beautifully. No Damage - No Repairs. It is a bit Tarnished - Could use a Good Cleaning - Polishing. Absolutely Guaranteed to be Authentic Tiffany & Co.
