Onde (“Waves”), was crafted in Italy in the 1970s and it's a beautiful example of Space Age design. Its fluid, elongated silhouette is enhanced by bold, flowing bands of cobalt blue and deep red, creating a dynamic sense of movement reminiscent of rippling waves.
This vase was entirely hand-crafted on the Murano island by expert glass blowers by using the "incamiciato" glass technique, in which layers of colored glass are encased within clear glass. This method gives the piece remarkable depth, luminosity, and a smooth, polished finish.
The original Murano label remains intact on the base, confirming its authenticity.
