These pieces are frequently attributed to Chilean artists, most notably Christian Luis Gomez or Jesus Moreno (often signed "J. Moreno"). You can check the back of the piece for a stamped "Chile" or a signature to confirm the maker.
The wall hanging features three connected sections with stylized bird (often an owl or peacock) and geometric motifs.
It is made from hammered brass or a mix of metals like copper and brass, with genuine lapis lazuli, a semi-precious stone heavily mined in Chile.
