The composition is anchored by a structural frame in Brazilian rosewood (jacarandá), whose warm tonal depth and expressive grain articulate the architectural logic of the piece. The frame remains fully legible, with horizontal rails and cylindrical legs establishing balance and proportion beneath the upholstered volume.

The seating element is defined by generous, tufted cushions newly reupholstered in beige leather. Subtle button detailing across the backrest introduces measured rhythm while maintaining formal restraint. The cushions appear lightly suspended within the wooden armature, creating a deliberate tension between softness and structure. Rolled armrests terminate in exposed rosewood supports, reinforcing the dialogue between tactile upholstery and solid hardwood.

The rosewood has been professionally refinished to revive its natural luster and grain variation, presenting in excellent vintage condition. The leather upholstery has been newly installed in period-appropriate material, selected for its tonal harmony with the wood and its understated surface quality.
