The design features dual architectural circular hoops supported by a minimalist four-leg base with horizontal stabilizers. While unsigned, the sculptural form and material composition are consistent with the style of modernist designers such as Arthur Umanoff and Gene Tepper, or firms like Howard Miller and Minuteman. Great original condition showing no weld issues or breaks - minor wear and oxidation to metal commensurate with age and use.
