Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown opalescent white Italian art glass kitty cat sculpture or figurine. The piece is documented to designer Archimede Seguso, circa 1950s. The cat has 2 of the large red scalloped "Archimede Seguso - Murano - Made In Italy" labels still attached. One is on the side of the body, and another on the bottom. It is a very elegant shape. Almost Egyptian style with the abstraction and stoic pose. Beautifully sculpted, with carved slanted eyes. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures 6 1/8" tall x 3 1/8” long x 3” wide.
