It is showing very little wear and erosion and is normal for age. Depicts a woman in period dress in a firm, yet graceful stance, and she is holding the towel bar which is affixed to her hands. Some patina. We believe it is antique, but it is over fifty-five years old for sure(we marked it as early 20th century). We purchased it in Door County at an antique store.
