Original painting on canvas signed "Bustamonte" lower right. Large scale abstract composition with bold colors, applied gold squares and heavy impasto in areas.
50" x 40" stretcher.
Very good condition. There are no holes, no rips, no water damage etc. Canvas is tight and flat; stretcher is solid and in square. Wire on the back allows for being hung vertically or horizontally. Overall, the paint is clean, bright and looks great. Minor flaws include a few tiny, white paint splatters here and there. There is some moderate rubbing on top left corner (see close up) and some other minor edge/side wear. Near the bottom middle, in the red, there is a small area that must have been rubbed and showing white/canvas (see close ups). Along the top edge in the black paint, there is a small vertical area that appears to have been touched up, looks more matte than glossy (see last 2 close ups). All very minor and subtle on the wall but should be noted. There are no other visible flaws or touch ups. Looks great in person.
