The silhouette falls somewhere between kidney, boomerang, puddle, and a biomorphic form.

It has a sculptural, low slung profile with an eccentric fluid shape. The table is made from solid maple and retains a warm aged finish with visible tonal variation throughout. The top has a softly irregular outline with one recessed curve and rounded ends. Supported by three simple wavy legs mounted below. The metal J. B. Van Sciver tag remains attached.
