Hand painted, pastel & watercolor gouache portrait of young boy. He is sitting on drapery covered chair in dapper suit. The boy has a subdued expression with piercing blue eyes. Painting is under oval matte and glass. Encased in gorgeous Victorian period frame. Very good antique condition. Shows minor wear commensurate with age. Matte has fold line at upper corner.
