This is a great pair of French style Louis XVI matching consoles. These are super tall and wide and can carry a very large space. I picture them on either side of a grand doorway. Currently the tops are natural brown and the bottoms are whitewashed. There are front apron swags, corner medallions and thick fluted legs. The tops need to be refinished. It was the sheer size and fact that these were a pair that sold me. These can be painted, lacquered or gilded. Just a great look.
Condition: Rock solid. Tops are smooth but have surface scratches and wear. I feel they should be refinished.
