A hand carved library armchair, with an upholstered leather panel back and seat, with brass nail head trim, scroll arms, on turned fluted tapering legs. The original Regency circa 1825.
I purchased these chairs from a dealer approximately 6 months ago (showroom pieces) and upon receipt one was damaged in shipment. Repaired by Allison's wood restoration in Tempe. See pictures for photo of repaired arm. You wouldn't notice the repair unless it was pointed out to you. The leather is gorgeous and the chairs are very comfortable. The set presents as new. Manufactured in 2022.
I love the set but they are not fitting into our planned scheme. Too bad as they are very comfortable and substantial.
