Oscar Bach was a German-born artist who moved to New York in 1911. These lamps were most popular in the 1920's and 1930's and are highly collectible today. They were made-in-USA and are known for their intricate, decorative metalwork which he crafted from bronze, wrought iron, and nickel-plated metals.
This distinctive lamp is nickel-plated bronze and has a bright silver finish. Underneath the base is the authentic Oscar Bach signature metal stamp (see photo.) Lamp uses 250 Watt / 250 volt bulbs (see photo.)

Lamp is free of any scratches or tarnish and shines brightly. This lamp is 62.5" tall with the lamp shade on. The circular base of the lamp is 10.5" diameter and and the base itself is about 3" tall. White linen shade itself is 14" wide x 10" tall. No visible stains.
