Carrying the L - shaped legs made out of Birch Plywood and bent under steam, this was an patented invention by Alvar Aalto. The combination of nature coloured Birch with clear laqcer for protection and the white formica top is typical for the idea of light and friendly furniture, durable and combinable in the living room. Our table has some patina on the top, in the formica some scratches. It shows the ARTEK made in Finland Aalto design stamp lightly faded underneath. We bought the table from private owners who owned the item since the 1980s This piece has an attribution mark,
